Hi, It's not possible to say anything before getting details of your server hardware and services (http, mysql etc.) configs. I mean it's possible to speed up by installing some software or fine tune some configs but also there is nothing to do if it's already running on its limits. Then it means you just need to get more hardware (ram, cpu, disk). Anyway, here is the list that i usually follow - fine tune the running application - fine tune apache, mysql, php,... - add backend caching mechanisms - add frontend caching mechanisms - get more hardware By applying above list, a simple blog could handle x10 more requests per second.
