Solution for Sharing Email Mailbox between Users Task: Find solution for our business Outlook mailbox to be shared between different users (currently 4-6 people). We are opened to potentially opening new mailboxes or shared mailboxes Details: We currently have 1 business email e.g. info@[login to view URL] Our hosting is with [login to view URL] We are currently using Microsoft Outlook to handle emails We want to have shared access to our emails for around 4-6 people (from different areas, countries) Requirement: • We want to continue using Outlook • We will need to give access to the inbox, sent items, different folders to Virtual Assistances so need to restrict their access. For example restrict deleting emails, restriction to certain folders. I will need full admin access and have the ability to create new users and give permission rights • Emails must sync between different users in real time so users are not replying to same emails etc • Must be for Windows (currently on Windows 10)
