Arabic Speaking HR Recruiter Ecuador

I need hands-on support with recruitment and hiring here in Ecuador, specifically for entry-level positions. You’ll own the full cycle: drafting clear, compelling job descriptions and postings, getting them in front of the right local channels, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews until offers are accepted. Because many of our internal communications happen in Arabic, fluency in that language is a must; Spanish competence is naturally expected for dealing with local candidates and paperwork. To keep expectations crystal-clear, here’s how we’ll measure success: • Job descriptions and postings delivered, ready for immediate publication. • A vetted shortlist of qualified entry-level candidates for each opening. • Interview schedules arranged, with concise interview notes and recommendations. • All hiring documents prepared and handed off for onboarding.
