I possess 4 years of experience as a technical and customer support in call center. As a technical support, I resolve issues relative to phone, internet, and TV services. I create tickets and escalate issues to higher level support.
I have experience working as a home-based Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter for Car Sales Campaign. The company is based in California, USA, Pacific Standard Time (PST). I am confident to say that I am a reliable, efficient VA, and I do not have attendance issues.
