What you are asking for is worth a lot more than 30 dollars. 1) You have noted that you need to pass audit and compliance, but have not stated which standards. 1.5) Unless you have a number of security technologies outside the firewall itself (complicates deployment) you will not pass most of the more challenging audits 2) A BOM typically is built around vendors you already have a relationship with. Obviously you do not want to learn how to deploy Fortinet while trying to set it up in a secure manner 3) You haven't stated your budget, or existing technologies, or the workload of the 25 people at the site, nor the bandwidth you expect to need for your B2B connections. IPSEC tunnels are CPU intensive, so the firewall would need to scale to expectations. Overall no matter what someone designs you it is going to fail audits with the little information provided.
