I need a technical writer to write Functional/Non functional Requirements for a Marketplace RFP

I am in a process of submitting a marketplace project for realisation (wordpress platform) I would like to invite experienced professional for writing functional and non functional requirements with those criterias. - All trivial E-Commerce functionnalities. - The E-Commerce plateform should also be a marketplace to allow vendor to manage and sell their services and products. - All members in the platform should be able to interact (buddypress plugin integration or similar required) - deals/coupons functionnalities should be possible to integrate in the platform. -Affiliate functionnalities and reward points functionnality should also be integrated. This work require a knowledge on the domains listed below, please be sure before you contact me that either you know those domains or you can quicly investigate this. - Knowledge about E-commerce functionnalities - Knowledge about Marketplace functionnalities. - Knowledege about affilites marketing functionnalities. - Knowledge about coupon/deal functionnalities. This can be done through reading plugins descriptions for each domain listed and comparing them. Please highlight the functionnalities that are common to many (free or paid) plugins For the best of the domain plugin (like Dokan for example) , if the functionnality is not common with other plugins , please mention those functionnalities as options for bidders. I can help motivated people with suggestions on the strategy of writing such document but I don't have much time so I can guide you three or for times only. Please, if you are interested in this project write something that make me know you are the one; A hint that only Business Analyser know for example :) , it could be an- interesting- question, an integration question/point.
