Allround Sales Specialist

Hi there, My name is Harvey and I run the sales department of an Online Marketing Agency who specialises in Facebook Advertisement for businesses. Right now we're growing and looking to expand our team even more. We're looking for an Allround Sales Specialist who wants to grow with the agency. Your focus will be finding new clients, closing new clients and be our #1 sales specialist. (Physical presence not needed) Your main-focus would be: - Finding new clients (You can choose the outreach method yourself: Linkedin, Facebook, Cold Calling) - Closing these clients on a second meeting, also the clients/appointment that are set by our other sales specialists. - Planning Sales Strategies for the agency We're looking for someone who is good at communicating, wants a long-term partnership, is good at sales, negotiating, cold calling and closing deals. This starts as a commission based job, when performance is good we would like to promote you as our Sales Manager who will be in charge of the sales department of the agency. (Fixed fee + commission) We are looking for someone who likes to work as a proper team member and is in it for the long-run.
