Appointment Setter

Looking for an experienced recruiting appointment setter! Your role will be to call real estate agents, find out if they're satisfied with there current brokerage, if not, setup an appointment to meet with ours! When the agent signs up with us, you'll get paid! Average appointment setter can make 20 calls per hour (manually/without dialer), speak with 5 agents and convert 1 (20%) to an appointment, or 1 appointment per hour. Close ratio for appointments to signup is currently 50%. Attrition rate with agents and there brokerages is high, so chances of you calling an agent who isn't getting the support/training they need is also high! Pay is setup on a commission only/per sign up/ Tiered Plan that resets on the 1st of every month. 1-5 $50 Per Sign Up 6-10 $100 Per Sign Up 11+ $150 Per Sign Up (average on 4hrs Per Day/20 Business Days= 4 Appointments / 2 Sign Ups x 20 Days = 40 Sign Ups / 5 x $50 = 250, 5 x $100 = 500, 10 x $150 = $1500 / 250 + 500 + 1500 = 2250/80hrs worked = $28hr) All sign ups can be verified online through our states public real estate agent database to ensure you're getting paid for every agent you scheduled.
