JOB DESCRIPTION: • Minimum Educational Qualification - 10+2 / Graduates. • Excellent Communication Skills in Telugu, Hindi and English must • Good Written communication skills in English • Make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted. • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling Calls. • Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales. • Has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well Build sustainable relationships and engage customers • Must be flexible to work timings. (Day shift only) • Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.
