Bid Summary I understand that you need pricing per character/background but we can decide that according to your budget I guess. I believe we should settle on a price which is plus for both of us. Project Requirements I also understand that it should be in 2D but also can be flipped on Y axis. We have previously worked on 2D art assets for video games and we use Photoshop to do it and sometimes Adobe Flash. And don't worry the background will be scrollable in both X and -X axis.
