Threejs - combine head and eyes models into single model (mesh + texture)

Right now I have a webpage with a head model in it:

It actually has a head model (shown in the web page) and left/right eyes model (not visible).
I need you to combine them into a single model (head with left and right eyes). The web should load a single json as mesh, with a single texture png file. And the head with eyes should show up.
In the attached zip, under model folder, you can see 3 json files (head, left eye, right eye) and 3 texture png files (face, left eye, right).
Your output should be combing the above into one json file for the mesh, and one png file for the texture.
In your response, please tell me clearly you can combine these models into one.
