Animation for intro to children's stories website

Hello, we are a start up company which offers various services. We specialize in storytelling to children, through various platforms. We compose the following: 1. We are the world's largest online free library of classic fairy tales and creative commons story libraries. We aggregate ALL folk tales from countries all over the world to more modern stories registered under creative commons. 2. We are the only fully free audio books library, containing stories narrated with background music and sound effects relating to the story. 3. We offer a truly unique way for parents to read stories to their children. Through a video with words scrolling slowly for the parents to ready. we offer accompanying relaxing music (ideal to send your child to sleep) while having sound effects relating to the story which are synchronized to the current reading position of the parent. We would like to have a simple 30 seconds introductory video which explains clearly and with a 'child' theme the services we offer and how to access them. Please note that the quote can be with or without a voice over (the quote being without we are happy to save some money and add our own). It should be keeping in line with a child's theme, fairytale like to be exact. With decorations such as unicorns, rainbows and all which is directly associated with fantasy and fairy tale environments for children. Our maximum budget being a small start-up is $30, however should we find the right match we will have ongoing work on the future for animated stories in the coming months.
