Thank you for your bids. Unfortunately the amount of time needed to fully explain the requirements is taking longer than the actual design work. We've now decided to do the work inhouse and have already completed the most intricate of the elements for which we initially thought that external help would be required.

I would like a 3D model of the complete architectural and logistical infrastructure at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (VTBS).
You will need to create the airport terminals (including the intricate latticework), the maintenance facilities / hangars, the car parks, the road structure around the immediate vicinity and of course, the well know control tower.
All of this needs to be done using publicly available assets (photos from Google, dimension help from Google Earth / Bing Maps) and your own talent to be dimensionally accurate within 1%. You will also know how to create relatively complex models that still retain a low poly count and have an idea for texturing so that the building looks real in a PBR render engine, with detail such as weathering, staining etc.
Complete your project with a selection of common airside airport equipment such as baggage holders, handling equipment, containers etc. You will deliver everything in a format compatible with Blender, along with all your original source files.
