Hello there. I am interested in working on this project. I am wondering how big is the floor plan size? What programming elements you are trying to have, and what style, what climate, and so on. Also if you could provide me with some precedent images of the style you prefer that would be a great help. And also regarding the scope of work, are you looking for phase one concept drawongs in CAD? Because the budget indicates so. I am a landscape architect with a strong background in architecture (my undergrad). I can definitely help you with this. Firs I will do some sketches for spatial diagraming and circulations and so on. Based on your feedback, I would develop 1 preferred concept. After reviewing it with you, I will proceed with CAD drawings.
