I need lowest quotation for House design on our 10 marla plot in Kamra Cantt. (Distt. Attock). The quotation must be comprised of below categories. A = Complete House Plans B = 3D rendering drawings. C = Detailed BOQ. D = Combined the above (A+B+C) Specification: 1. Total Area of Plot is 60 x 45 sqr.feet. 2. Two double storey buildings covering equal areas of dimensions (45 x 30 [login to view URL]). 3. Two Buildings consist of total Four Flats. 4. Both Buildings can be combined as below: i. Both [login to view URL] Flats can be combined to become One Flat when required. ii. Both 1st Floor Flats can be combined to become One Flat when required. 5. Each Ground Flat consists of 2 Bed Rooms (attached Bath), 1 Kitchen, 1 Loung, 1 Drawing Room (attached bath) and porch/garage. 6. Each 1st Floor Flat consists of 3 Bed Rooms (attached Bath), 1 Kitchen, 1 Loung, 1 Drawing Room (attached bath) 7. There must be a separate entrance for each Flat from the main way. 8. Layout of the Plot is attached.
