Create a conceptual Bicycle Container Resort in a Desert

We are planning to create a new chill-out spot in the in desert from a combination of 20ft & 40ft used shipping containers. The spot is close to an existing 21km cycling track which is used by cyclist on a regular basis. Apart from the existing cycle track, there is basically no decent chill-out spot for the cyclists to refresh themselves. So the aim of this project is to solve all the problems currently been faced at this location. Bear in mind that we are not looking for a hotel style interior. We need a fresh, sports bar style with some classics finishing touches. Below is a list of things to be incorporated in the design: 1. A Bike repair shop (Ground Floor ) 2. Bicycle storage facilities for cyclist who prefer to leave their bikes at the resort (for up to 30 bikes) (Ground Floor) 3. Locker room/Shower room/ toilets (1st Floor) 4. Toilets (Male & female on all floors) 5. Coffee & Juice Bar leading to a mini restaurants serving healthy foods( Should have a terrace for outdoor sitting) (2nd Floor) 6. An indoor LED Cycling gym with mini podium for trainer. This will be located on the 3rd floor of the complex with a great view of the entire area. Glass panels can be inserted into the container side to create that pent house feel for the cycling gym. 7. A medium sized management office located on the 3rd floor. 8. Car park for 50 - 75 cars 9.
