Although I haven't done CAD modelling for a few years, I would be very happy if you could give me this opportunity to refresh and develop my skills. I have Rhinoceros (a 3D modelling software). I would be happy accept a lower fee than your minimum budget of $750USD. If you are not in a hurry, I would be happy to give this a go; if I am unable to complete the task I will let you know ASAP and you can find someone else and I won't require any fees. I would require you to provide the following: - Accurate measurements of and a to-scale reflected ceiling plan of the space the karaoke shop will be in, in mm - Dimensions of any equipment/furniture you will be using - To-scale floor plan of: - level of the building the karaoke room will be in, including surrounding rooms and structures - the space the karaoke shop will take plus mat I can send all drawings to you electronically. Please also add any other requirements you might have. Please note, it may be impossible for me to meet your local government requirements such as sound proofing, because each country has their own standards and construction rules and materials on the local market.
