Unfortunately I don't fit all your specifications, as I don't have any experience with Unity or a motion capture enabled kinect, but I do know how to model and texture in blender, and I have a rudimentary understanding of rigging and animation, and I am resourceful enough to learn what I need when I need it. I also love Mass Effect (pre-Andromeda, of course), and would be honored and grateful to work on a project with a similar style.
