3D Scene for Green Screen production

I want you to build a scene exactly like in this picture in real 3D tool. You need to build the complete room, this is only the main scene. Lights and blocks exactly like shown in the picture. The blocks must be animated slowly, so everything is in motion, moving up and down and so on, a little bit like Tomb Raider / Indiana Jones / Star Wars. Place real dust in room and it should look realistic, futuristic, not plastic. Should look like steal blocks. The room should use a camera with 38mm at 2.8T. We need real depth of field. The depth should be 50m and 50m width. It should loop every 5 minutes. I need true 4K resolution and open files. 1 animation with still camera and 1 animation with camera sliding slowly from left to right.
- You need skill to imaging that
- I need open files and I need everything to render it locally
- If you use heavy addition plugins I don't have, let me know
- depth of field must be done with 3D camera, NOT after effects i.e.
