Hello!
I was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have lived there until recently. Now I live in Croatia.
Bosnian is my native tongue, it is extremely similar to Croatian and Serbian, with slight differences.
TRANSLATION: Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian (Cyrillic script), English, Italian. I enjoy doing translation very much, but cannot say for sure exactly how many words I would be able to do per hour. In my experience these things move along pretty fast. I have never done translation for a contractor, purely as part of research and college exams. I feel that I should mention that my grades were excellent. I would say I find $0.10/wd to be a reasonable price, but it is open for discussion.
TRANSCRIPTION: Until now, I have only ever done transcription in English, and my employers were quite satisfied. Still, I cannot really say how many words I am able to transcribe in an hour, because it all depends on the quality of the materials. I would, of course, do my best to finish the job in as short a time as possible and as accurately as possible. I suppose $60 per hour of recording, regardless of how long it would take me to transcribe it. Again, open for discussion.
VOICE OVER: I have never actually recorded voice overs. My reading skills are excellent and after having worked on a customer support telephone line I have learned that people find the sound of my voice agreeable. I would say $20 per hour.
Honestly hoping to hear from you,
I wish you a nice day.
