Ship Designer, 3D With Textures for Unity -- 2

Hello, my name is Ryan and I am currently developing a game called Black Atoll Online [login to view URL] I am in need of a ship, hahaha- unfortunately there have not been many opportunities to commandeer one as of late so, if you're up to the task I'd like to commision you to build one. I will be porting it into Unity HDRP (Pipeline) so if you're up for it I would like it to have Textures that cover the Base Map, Mask Map and Normal Map. The model itself will need to also have its hull selectable separately from its Masts so I can properly integrate it into the Ocean System we have, aswell as the steering wheel that need only be simply attached. Sails too will need to be selectable at their corners and edges. Other than that the reference images I have sent below are what I am aiming for, a Schooner; 4 cannons at the sides as with the example I've shown- more or less it can be the exact same layout and sail configuration - except as the example image shows I would like the Back Spritsail (the furthest sail at the end of the ship) slightly smaller than the front one. Generally aesthetic wise I'm looking for an overall brown hull colour with a white beige-coloured sail. There will not need to be any barrels or decorative items just the ship itself with maybe some cloth details hanging on it which will need to be separate from the overall model but attached so I can apply Cloth Physics.
