vBulletin expert required.

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for a vBulletin expert to help me out on a project in the near future. I currently HTML layout of a forum style, W3C validated etc. Firstly, I need this style converting in a live vBulletin theme - it must be expertly done, and remain perfect in all browsers. Secondly, we currently have extra features on our website that run of our current forum system phpBB, such as Coppermine and some custom scripts that use the phpBB login data. So, I will need a photo album that will run on vBulletin user login details, and also a function to allow members to have their own blogs. How you do this is up to you, whether you write a custom solution yourself or install a pre-developed MOD I don't mind. Furthermore, since we will have changed to a new gallery solution I will also need a script building to move all the photos from my old album to the new vBulletin album -> this will include moving the actual files themselves, as well as pulling the data from the old DB and putting it into the new one. This work is not required at the moment, but will be needed within a couple of weeks time - I just thought I'd post the project early so I can have time to chat with Freelancers and find one who is going to produce high quality work.
