Hire a Video Editing Professional

I am looking for wedding video editor to work with us on wedding projects, the weddings that we do are in the UK. They are mainly Asian weddings such as Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sikhs wedding and others. As an editor the following skills and software are required: 1. You must edit on Adobe Premiere Pro, as everyone at our studio work inside the Adobe workflow. 2. English - Need to have good verbal communication skills, as you will require an interview on Skype with us!! 3. Copyright - as this is personal work for our clients, we obtain the rights for any work that you do. This means you cannot Display our clients were in your portfolio or distribute them online. If you require any reference from us, we are happy to provide to your clients. 4. Colour corrections - a good knowledge of basic colour correction is fine, however, if you have an advanced knowledge of colour correction that is a bonus. 5. Internet connection - need to have an excellent Internet connection as we will transfer all the video files as proxy footage through Dropbox or Google Drive to you. You will providers edit the file to us and we will export the video and do the DVD authoring ourselves. 6. The video needs to be editing with music that our client would provide, there will be Bollywood music if you understand Hindi that is a bonus. However, anyone who doesn't understand Hindi we will tell you what the song means, Long as you use common sense you should be fine. And apply basic video transition from one scene to another wherever it requires. We're also looking for someone on a long-term basis!!
