Motion Graphics for Mountain Bike Race Series

Hi I am looking for someone to create some video graphics in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects which I can use for editing videos of a mountain bike series. The graphics will need to be well documented and allow me to make text edits where needed - such as adding peoples names etc Ideally, it would be awesome if I can link an excel spreadsheet to the leaderboard graphics but not essential if I need to type in the video software. Past videos can be found at [login to view URL] For background, our events are gravity enduro mountain bike races, with 7 rounds over a year of racing which each round offering championships points to our riders. Each round is a multi-stage race where only the descents are timed - sometimes up to 6 stages per race/round. Our major sponsor is Chain Reaction Cycles so it will need a prominent location in the overall event winners and championships graphics. I would also like two other locations made available for second tier sponsors. Ideally, I would like an approximate quote on the above motion graphics and approximate completion time.
