Videographer for MASCC Symposium in Melbourne - June 25–27

I am reaching out on behalf of AGM Multimedia, a French healthcare communication agency specialising in content production for pharmaceutical and medical clients. We are currently looking for an experienced freelance videographer based in Melbourne for a 3-day assignment during the MASCC 2026 International Symposium. — ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW — The mission consists of filming scheduled self-recorded testimonials by medical professionals (KOLs) at the MASCC congress venue. Each doctor will arrive at a designated filming spot at a pre-arranged time, with prior knowledge of what they are expected to say — instructions will have been sent to them individually in advance. The videographer will be alone on set, welcoming each doctor, managing the setup, and ensuring the recording runs smoothly. No interviewer or agency representative will be present on site. — DATES, LOCATION & AVAILABILITY — • June 25, 26, and 27, 2025 • Full days required (estimated 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, subject to the final schedule) • Venue : Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Victoria 3006 • A preparatory video call with our team will be required prior to the event — TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS — We are looking for a lightweight but professional setup, suitable for a congress environment : • 2 cameras (to capture two simultaneous angles — standard talking-head setup) • Basic interview lighting (discreet, adaptable to indoor congress conditions) • Sound recording (lavalier microphone preferred ; boom mic acceptable) • All equipment provided by the videographer — DELIVERABLES — • Raw footage (rushes) only — no editing required • Files delivered at the end of each shooting day, or no later than 48 hours after the final day (June 27) • Preferred delivery format: H.264/H.265 or ProRes, via WeTransfer or similar for editing • Full intellectual property and usage rights of all footage transferred to AGM MULTIMEDIA upon delivery — PROFILE — We are looking for a videographer with: • Solid experience in corporate or event filming, particularly talking-head/testimonial formats • Ability to work independently and manage a filming spot autonomously • Good interpersonal skills to welcome and put medical professionals at ease on camera • Experience in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments is a strong plus • French/English bilingual is appreciated but not a requirement — APPLICATION — If you are available and interested, please send us: 1.
