Virtual Assistant with strong knowledge of Online Marketing, Social Media & Design

Hello! This post is in hopes of finding an ongoing part time personal assistant. I am currently in the process of pushing the launch of my business more and need help depending on the day and how large my work-load is. Ideally I'd like to find a long-term virtual assistant but for right now I can't guarantee non-stop work. This job would be ideal for someone who already has a grasp of the marketing and new media world, but would like to learn a little bit more and get paid for it part time. About myself: I have more full time jobs than I can count. I work in the music and marketing and design industry. I am stressed and over-worked. I need some help big time from the right person. What I'm looking for in a virtual assistant is as follows: -Strong English skills. -Deep understanding on how Social Media works and is nearly an expert at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Myspace and all other related services. -Basic understanding of websites such as Topspin, Big Cartel, and other merchandise related e-commerce sites. -Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, gmail, yahoo, etc. -Basic understanding of HTML and web design a HUGE plus. -Strong understanding of how Wordpress works and blogs in general is an absolute necessary. -Strong understanding of hashtags and tags on Facebook and Youtube. REQUIRED: -Communication – if you can't communicate with me about what you are or are not doing, I will not be able to work with you. When I send you a task, I need to know for certain that I can rely on you and have an estimated time for the task to be completed. I've had people tell me they can handle a task in less than a day and two weeks later they finally admitted to not even being able to understand the basics of what I was asking for. If you don't understand what I'm asking you to do, I'd rather you tell me so we can explain it in greater detail to you. -Be able to handle several different client accounts on Facebook and Twitter without getting them confused. What will some of your daily tasks look like? -Reformatting Excel documents to make them look more attractive based off a style guide I give you. -Writing and posting Tweets on Twitter, or Tweeting material for me as I email it to you. -Posting on Facebook things I email to you. -Being in charge with checking certain email accounts periodically for new content, such as user-submitted photos that you will then post to Facebook on my or my clients behalf. -Doing research on topics I need more information on. I'm trying to start several new businesses and need someone to find me as much information as possible on the topics I share with you. -Be able to eventually actually respond to client emails after you get involved with the way I work and the way my company works. -Be able to log into Youtube and follow basic instructions that I outline involving 'tags'. -Be able to search google with certain instructions to help put together automated ways of posting things to Tumblr and finding programs to scrap images off websites. -Mass downloading images from Google and other sites and creating a 'daily routine' of uploading images I approve from you. -Research ways of finding inexpensive ways to use import-export sites to buy and sell materials on ebay. -Research ways to buy machinery such as poster printing machines, or balloon printing machines, or things of that nature. -Searching Facebook and Spotify for artists and websites and putting them in excel grids
