We are seeking an energetic, conscientious and intelligent individual to support a very busy executive and his team. This is a hybrid role that entails high-level administrative responsibilities as well as personal responsibilities and there is a potential for travel 50% of the time, flexibility is a bonus. If you are proactive, anticipatory and able to wear multiple hats at once, we are looking for you! We need an individual who easily interacts with people and can work seamlessly, both independently and as part of a team. You must be able to maintain a polished appearance and have the ability to use discretion and sound judgment at all times. Being resourceful is a MUST. On a scale of 1-10, you should be an 11. In this role, you will find it extremely helpful if you've worked in an environment that required proactive thinking and immediate execution for unanticipated circumstances. Experience with budgets is a huge plus. This position would require relocating to Florida and would be cover by the Principals. Daily Responsibilities Include: Manage a massive incoming flow of daily emails, phone calls, written and web and correspond accordingly; Compose thoughtful and meaningful missives designed to advance business and personal communications. You must be an extraordinary writer and have exceptional judgment. You should excel in representing others at the highest level. Support a calendar packed with frequently moving meetings, calls, events, appearances and personal obligations - and that's all before Noon. You must enjoy putting together the puzzle pieces of a rigorous schedule and coordinating the details of each piece. Coordinate complicated and frequently changing travel including booking of commercial and private planes, cars and hotels. The orchestration of logistics needs to be second nature to you. Preferred Experience/Qualifications: 2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant to a high-level executive Apple Savvy to assist with technical upgrades, email correspondence, calendar management, etc. Exceptional Written and Oral Communication skills Min. 4-year commitment, highly preferred Excellent References Immediate availability Please submit ALL of the following pieces: 1) Your Resume 2) A compelling Cover Letter, introduction, video clip or anything that you feel BEST represents you and also answers the fundamental question: Why should we choose YOU 3) Your salary requirement 4) A phone number and email address
