Hi there! I run a small digital agency based in Australia called the Creator Club. [login to view URL] We are looking for VA to come onboard part-time, to begin growing our newly formed Facebook Group that is aimed at business owners who need help with their websites, marketing and automation tasks. To grow this you will start conversations and leave replies in other groups linking people towards our group. We value our team very much and we want to turn this into a full-time role that's paid $6-$10 p/h + Commissions To get this job, we need you to have a good understanding of websites and digital marketing. You need to ask the right questions when talking to potential leads. We don't mind our employees taking time off during the day to support their families or do what they need to do as long as the hours are spent each week. You will be required to log everything you do each day, from conversations started to comments left on groups. What We Need We need an experienced VA that is very well-organized, computer-savvy, speaks and writes well. A person that is determined to grow a facebook group community and be the solution not the problem. Essential Duties & Responsibilities *Grow and nurture Facebook group *Start conversations with new members about their business *Book appointments *Add lead details into CRM *Social Media Management *Other Ad hoc tasks *ClickUp & Active Campaign experience prefered Key Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Clouds, Social Media Sites * Very organized * Trainable * Attention to detail Requirements: * You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) * Complete work-from-home set-up (Computer, Camera, Headset) * You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of at least 5Mbps (WIRED) and a modern computer that meets the below specs: * 4GB of RAM or higher and SSD Memory * 64-bit Windows 10 * Ability to support a dual monitor set up
