I need a VA to handle calls that I receive as a result of marketing campaigns that seek people who want to sell their home. Knowledge of Podio CRM system is required. I also need my assistant to have a mastery of the English language. I will provide a script of questions that need to be answered by the caller, but the ability to hold a relevant conversation is a must. The callers may have complex financial situations that you will need to be able to discuss. Answers to the questions and any other pertinent information will be entered into Podio. The goal is to determine if the caller has motivation to sell their home. The home must make sense for an investor to buy, and the caller needs to be willing to sell their house at a discount. The benefit to the seller is the fact that we can close quickly and get them their money quickly. I will need you to work 5-20 hours per week during normal work hours in the USA (8am-7pm Eastern Time USA). I can have the calls forwarded to your Skype or Google Voice account that has a US phone number. You will be able to listen to voice messages from the callers using my virtual phone system. I may have other projects for you to work on. Mainly Data Entry and Blog posts. When a customer talks to you on the phone, it needs to be feasible that you are based in the USA. Excellent English language speaking and writing will be necessary for this position. Real Estate Experience a plus, but not required.

Dear Project Employer, based on the project description/summary, I believe my experience, skills and knowledge are a good match to complete your job tasks. I'm a serious and hard-working person with experience as a virtual assistant. I am familiar with Microsoft Office package, data input, and more. Regarding written/spoken English, I have excellent skills, almost native level (I am not native however. I hope that won't turn out to be a problem in the end.) We posess correct and accurate pronunciation skills in English, and are fluent in learning by research. Im very sound with my English and can even assist in development of content materials. Personally I have an experience of above 5 years in BPO and outbound telecommunications before I took up freelancing for Pixel Inclusive Digital, which is currently one of my campaigns.
