We´re looking for virtual agents to work as ¨chatters¨ for the following tasks:
- Answer frequently ask questions
- Sell products
- Give product recommendations, descriptions, etc
- Guide the user in the purchase process
- Report claims
We´re looking for agents to work remotely on our platform. To start working as a chatter, you´ll get an online training with a final test, and then get specified training in the company you will work for.
