MapPoint Addin

I have recently posted this project as a google maps project but now want to consider it as a MapPoint Add In project to see if it is viable to do for MapPoint. This is a very urgent project that needs someone who can work fulltime on it, to get it done in the smallest number of days possible, and to start immediately. I am really interested in considering bids where examples of creating something similar for MapPoints has been undertaken as its critical that from the outset you know that what i need can be achieved and how to do it. The web application is obviously a mapping add in which is focused on showing events taking place by date on a map, and allowing the user to upload and compare the distances of their uploaded locations on those dates to the original points plotted and will have the following features: 1) In excess of 1500 points can be plotted onto a map of the UK as event locations which will also be associated to a date 2) User must be able to filter the display of pre plotted points by date(s) 3) User must be able to click on a pointer to see further information about the event taking place at that location/marker point 4) A user must be able to upload multiple data sets (excel/csv) with the following fields: * Location Name * Location ID * Location Address * Location Postcode * Location Region 5) Uploaded Data Sets will be plotted as an overlay onto the existing map alongside the pre plotted points 6) The user should be able to filter which data set is displayed on the map, but if they have uploaded 10 data sets then they could choose 0 - 10 to be displayed (each with a differentiating marker colour/design) 7) A user could filter any of their uploaded data sets by Region (which are always user defined in the upload) 8) MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE: User can filter the display of their uploaded locations based on proximity to the "pre plotted" points. So for instance I can choose to only display my Uploaded Locations markers where they are within 1 mile of one of the "pre plotted' markers. And also be able to do this based on a given date/set of dates. 9) Export the displayed pointer data to .CSV 10) Export map displayed to images so they can be used in documents There is a prototype available to aid further discussion. So i know you have read and understood the project please right the word "KOKOMO" somewhere in your response/bid.
