API server needed for using Excel spreadsheets as calculation engines

We need an API server which is able to take an arbitrary spreadsheet along with some new input values for some cells, run the spreadsheet on the server to have its formula work, and comes back with values of some designated calculated cells. We plan to have a main calculations management API server (separate job) to be able to spin up several instances of your Excel API server.
It is up to you how you would run the spreadsheet on server to have its internal formula cells work. Some possible options are:
