Project Name: Legal Medicine Processess Management System Characteristics of the Project Regarding the web system to be developed, it is divided between the central application and theterminal applications: A. Central Application - The central application, to be installed in a Datacenter/Server in the Company Headquarter, will manage all information received and sent; It is at this central point that terminal applications with authorization to interact with the database will be configured/parametrized. B. Terminal Application - Installed in each province, the terminal applications interact with the central application to introduce new data or change existing data; in case of communication failure, these applications must be able to store the data locally, which will be automatically sent to the Central Server when connectivity is reatored. From a functional point of view, the web system should have the following modules: 1. Biographical data - Management of the biographical data associated to the examiners; 2. Physicians - Management of medical experts associated with the Department of Legal Medicine and respective data; 3. Entities - Management of the requesting entities associated with the examinations carried out; 4. Exams - Registration of examinations made, regarding the examiners defined in the module above, where all associated information is stored according to the scope of the expert's (criminal, civil, social, work, sexual and autopsy); 5. Reports - Automatic generation of reports based on the information collected in the examinations; 6. Statistics - Production of statistics and indicators, as defined by the customer in project headquarters; 7. Users - Control of users and their data access profiles; 8. Terminals - Control of terminals authorized to access data (Central only); 9. Log - Access to the log of all changes made to the data (CRUD Operations), including the datetime and the person responsible for the change.
