Quality Links Needed

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to build some quality, targeted one-way links to my site about Joint Venture marketing. The homepage currently has a PR of 4.

More specifically, I need links from relevant content/authority sites in the business community.

It is a content site, and not solely a salesletter.

I would like 20 reciprocal links from pages with PR4+, and I'd like 5 one-way links from pages with a PR5+

These need to be from authority/content sites that are directly related to JV marketing or small business marketing, and not directories.

I have two related sites (business-related) that I can offer links from in the event of doing 3-way exchanges. One is PR3, the other is PR4.

Here is a basic overview of my terms:

1. Links need to be generated by contacting the site owners INDIVIDUALLY. No automated link proposals, no software to send out link requests.

2. I can assemble a "hit list" of sites to contact, and I would like a status report regularly (weekly)

3. Links need to be permanent, and straight HTML. Not in frames, not javascript, not mouseovers, and not otherwise "blocked" from being valued by the search engines.

4. I will only approve of links in a directory IF the directory itself is purely business-related.

5. Static links only. No blog commenting.

6. Link text will variate (I'll have about 3 or 4 different keywords/phrases to use)

7. I reserve the right to disapprove of a link if it isn't in line with these guidelines

8. Reciprocal links will be managed on an individual basis, not with LinksManager or any sort of automated software. I can provide FTP access for manual link editing, or you can just send me details and I'll take care of the HTML editing...

This is how I would like you to accomplish this...

For reciprocal links, send the site owner an email like this:

I'm wondering if you'd be interested in trading links. We can link to your site from our "partners" page, which has a Pagerank of 4.

If you are, just send over your link details, and we'll put it up ASAP.

For one-way links, send the site owner an email like this:
