It may seem like a lot but it is really 14 of the same thing more or less but with a different design for each. Same components for each. I want 14 one page Real Estate Websites done: -10 are to be Buyer Focused. To Be used as the homepages for Wordpress blogs. -4 are to be Seller Focused. To be used as Featured Page Templates for Wordpress. Here are my specifics that apply to all the designs: a. Must be 100% xhtml valid and css compliant. Error Free Basically. b. Must be Cross Browser Compatible. IE6, IE7, Firefox 1.5-3.0, Safari, etc. c. Text Based For the Most Part. d. SEO Friendly. Keep SEO in mind when designing these. e. The stylesheets you create must be easy to modify with identified sections. Please identify your stylesheets with the sections they are, so that I can modify it with ease. Your overall design style should look like “web 2.0" styled websites. If you don’t know how to design Web 2.0 style websites then do not waste your time and mine. I will not choose you. I want the sites to feel like their are elements that pop up, rather than look flattened like an ironed pair of jeans. Make the site have depth! Also, the purpose of these sites are to convert buyers into filling out the search form and searching for all homes on the market through it. So your focus with the design should be LEAD CONVERSION. Be aware of this when you lay out your design. Here are the individual elements for each BUYER site, keep in mind the purpose of these sites are for LEAD CONVERSION: a. Highlight all the following marketing messages throughout the sites: -”Search All Properties On The CITYNAME Market” -”Search The CITYNAME MLS”, -”Receive Future Email Updates Of The Newest Listings In CITYNAME The Instant They Hit The Market” -”Know about the best deals to hit the market in CITYNAME before other buyers and most agents even know they exist!” b. Include a section that lists the type of properties a buyer can search for on the sites (just put cityname for now). Have the list be about 5 property types. c. Have a section at the top of the page that will be a flash photo slideshow of different property photos. Style the area/box around the flashing slideshow. d. Include a section of two 3-4 line paragraphs of text that I can describe the site with. e. Include a section where you give the page viewer directions on how to get started.
