Extremely Smooth, Flowing Web 2.0 Design

Hello everyone! I need someone to help me design a huge website. I have a developer that will add all of the functionality, however we need someone to design the actual site to speed the process up. The site is called PwnageArena, and is expected to hit a profit margin of above $2,000,000 (USD) within the first 2 years. If you decide to tag along with this project and do the design, I will guarantee you 10% of ALL profits that come from the site. That's a pretty nice life-time income for making one design. I am not going to hand this over to anyone, however - you need to be EXTREMELY skilled. There will be many things included in the design, such as highly aesthetically pleasing table-less columns and areas around the page, objects that will scroll with the user, and more. You will also be designing the banner for the site, so it's preferred that you are quite talented with graphic design as well. If you'll please see the attached file, you'll see a VERY rough mock-up of something like what I'm looking for. You will have more details when I decide to choose you, however you will have to come up with the actual template yourself. As for payment, DO NOT BID if you are not okay with trusting me and staying in a long-standing relationship with me and my developer. We will all 3 hold regular conferences, I will allow you to see screenshots of every payment, and so on and so forth. If you are willing to put a bit of trust and work without escrow, an are very ambitious and would like to make a steady income starting in a couple of months when this site is developed, then please bid away. Just understand these terms - no upfront payment or escrow - you will be making a percentage of the income that I make from this site when it is published, and it will be for life.
