We are in the process of upgrading our website to Joomla 1.6 and would like the site organized for SEO. Our current problem is different SEO firms tell us conflicting information on how to increase our rankings. We want organic ranking. We want to try a different approach in selecting a SEO/Website consultant. 1. What should we have on our website and what we should not? 2. What modules or plugins should we be using in the background? 3. What would help automate the process and what things should be done by hand? 4. If selected, what will you do to promote our site and how much time per month will you devote to it? 5. Provide documentation to work completed. I don't want a firm telling us they submitted our site to 30 directories but only 5 ever showup. 6. What can we expect to see on a monthly basis? 7. Can you work on a performance basis?
