3) Project Plan
Design
Design will be provided to developer by us.
Development
Selected freelancer will be responsible for the development of entire site, front end and back end. Site needs databases, analytics, advert spaces, must be dynamic for our use to update content and make changes. Developer to propose CMS and or Programing Language for site. Developer to also propose database platform to be used.
Testing
Forms, Social Media Integration, Favicon, Images, Links and 404 Errors, Browser Compatibility, Measurement Tools, SEO Elements, Title Tags & Meta Descriptions, Live URL, Webmaster Tools, Validation, RSS Link, Analytics, Performance & Speed Optimization, Forms.
Feedback and Revisions
Any errors or area’s for correction after testing will be the responsibility of developer to fix for re-testing prior to final acceptance of project.
Deployment
Site will be hosted by us. Server platform is Windows.
Sustainability
We will update site’s content, written and pictures once site is launched. Initial content will need to be added by developer.
Timetable
Site should be completed in maximum of 1-2 months, additional time allowed for delays in approval or handover of site content (pictures and text) by us to developer. From end of 1 month timeframe, site will undergo testing and review. If tweaks are required they will need to be addressed within 1 weeks’ time.
Support & Training
Developer should propose support and training at project completion. Training for familiarization and walkthrough of functions for dynamic site and support proposal for any unforeseen bugs or issues.
Communication requirement
Developer must communicate in English language with the highest levels of comprehension
Developer must be available for Skype Calls/Chats for clarifications/questions purposes and to expedite understanding and clarity on the project. Developer will use email and or DropBox for file transfers.
Proposal Requirement
Developer must include within the very first section of their proposal the answer to the following question. “What type of fruit grows on an apple tree?”
