Build a site like iogames.space

I need a site almost equal to iogames.space. It's a website where developers can upload their games information (description and image), choose which categories it belongs to, and then they are listed on the homepage. The homepage lists all the games grouped by category, and they can be ordered/filtered without refreshing the page. It needs ALL the features available on [login to view URL], including: a homepage, a user dashboard where people can upload their games to their accounts, and an admin panel, a page for each game with a related/featured game sidebar and a voting system, and a way for admin to feature games. Requirements: Client side: - Built with Angular or React using Typescript - Be responsive (can be viewed correctly on PC, tablets and smartphones), for these, you can either use CSS bootstrap or Flex layout Server side: - Built with any typed language (Typescript, Java, etc.) that can run on linux - Use MySQL as database General requirements: - Use Object Oriented/MVC Programming - Clean, easily modified code IMPORTANT: I'll ignore offers of users who don't show understanding of the requirements, and those who don't have experience with Angular or React
