Build an Uber style application

Hi, Im looking for a web and mobile (ios & android) similar to uber but would like to have multiple service types. Cleaners Drivers Plumber Teachers Healthcare professionals etc etc each one of these will have there own skillsets requirements so i need to be able to manage these so when a user is asking for service for a teacher for example they can select what level the teacher needs to be (primary, high school) I would also like to able to configure rates in the admin per service level ( Day , Hour, mile) but will also require the ability for some of the service types to allow users to set there own rates below is a short functional specification of the requirements Functional Specification Document Solution Requirements Our solution is built upon the foundations where a user can request a service provider on demand or schedule in the future. The application requires the ability to have multiple types of service providers so that people can use it as a one stop shop for everything. The solution will only start with one service type but I need the ability to expand into other industries seamlessely. Drivers – similar to Uber Logistics – provide drivers to transport equipment etc. Roadside Assistance similar to Honk Education - [login to view URL] If its possible to have video calls between users and service providers to verify each other then that would be great Healthcare Professionals – Pharmacist , Doctors, Nurses etc. Handymen – Plumber, Electrician, Equestrian – provide horse transportation services across the UK Cleaning Within each of the service types it will require the ability to have multiples skillsets so that the user can refine the search for example in Education they may want to refine by subject, experience level( nursery, primary school, high school, university etc).
