Build a Website

Dear freelancer, I am in charge of a french expat association, in need of a better website or blog. Here is the existing version ([login to view URL]), and we would like something sexier, maybe like [login to view URL] . We know the categories we want in the website, we have our design (logo, colors...). The delivered website/blog should then be easy to maintain and update (weekly) by our team (with limited IT capacities, so we need a simple platform). The categories would be: -static (almost no change, maybe once a year), like description of the association, link to the status (one or two documents to be downloaded) -dynamic, with changes every week: updates on new activities and events -a calendar, easily readable on the home page -a registration form to fill online, and that would integrate the data to a excel sheet or similar (a google form would work). There should be a possibility, either now or in the future, to have a member area, where people log in to have access to more resources. All this should be extremely simple, for the members as well as for the editing team...the IT capacities of people are usually very limited. And of course, the website/blog should work on any OS and web browser. We already have the domain. I can provide more information if needed.
