Classified Advert website aka Gumtree, Loot etc

I'm looking to create a classified adverts website in a similar vein to Gumtree, Loot and similar sites. I will need the site building in C# and ideally within the Umbraco CMS (v7.4.x). Bootstrap will be used as the CSS framework I have wireframes available but a design will need producing Effectively we need the following: Homepage showing small letterbox slideshow of promotions, offers etc. Grid view of the last x placed adverts (configurable amount). Static menu header with search function for keyword search and location (geo ideally). Should have a prominent Post Your Advert link available on all pages. Search listing page should show all results, promoted ads to top and an option to add sponsored links i.e. adsense, bing ads etc Should be able to order results by most recent, price and location Results should be paged 15 (configurable) per page and use nice url's for next/prev links Advert page should have an image, map of users location, how long ad has been listed for, an email link (secure email system required), Trust and safety callout box (where we can post safety tips, advice etc) A you may also like section showing other related items based upon category or keywords in advert. Should be a scrollable list ideally using ajax to poll next results (pre-load next 5 items) Should be the option for a user to flag or report a post as being inappropriate - we should have a system in place that if more than 5 people have reported the ad, we temporarily remove the contact function whilst it's investigated. This needs to have a page in the admin section to review reported posts, who reported, from which ip and location it was reported from and other additional information we can gain from the users session. We need a social sharing package - developer to suggest but should not be AddThis or similar (no iframe code wanted on site for sharing) Add to favourite system should be in place for logged in users - if not logged in, prompts to create an account. Secure email system operation. We want to retain some anonymity between seller and buyer and pass all transactions via our site for communication hence all contacts via the email function should be via a secure form (site will run completely over ssl). When a user sends an email, it goes to our server, a random unique email key is generated for the buyer and we forward a copy to the seller (with an obfuscated email address). The seller can reply to this email and the reverse happens and the server forwards onto the buyer We need to have the ability to parse and strip out phone numbers and email addresses on demand (ideally by user type i.e. if we have a group called suspicious then any members added to that group will be heavily monitored - this is for fraud and abuse reasons). We need to track ip, hostname, browser and any other identifiable information for these email transactions. Authentication should be via Facebook, Google, Twitter and Email/Password - confirmation of email address when signed up should be verified via a secure link sent to the user Footer showing latest searches along with qty of results for search i.e. BMW (12) Social connect widget Configurable footer links All data to be stored within SQL Server, ideally if using Umbraco then custom tables.
