Completion of a web-based interface

Project Description. — Objectives Client wishes to hire Designer to continue with the incomplete design of a web-based interface. The specific requirements and the details about the project are as follows: The Designer MUST exhibits a strong passion for building top-notch experiences, has a well-rounded design, and can create user-focused concepts and innovative solutions. The objective is to improve and follow the existing UI and brand guidelines and style guides to design the remaining pages and ultimately ensure all final designs are user-friendly, creative and advanced and ofcourse completed. In this project, Designer is required to design a responsive e-commerce store/ platform that aims to sell a range of personalised greeting cards, and other gift related products and services. The Client has the UX/UI designs of some of the main sections, including style guides alongside the prototype designs of the entire page flow processes to support this project, though, brainstorming and additional improvements is required. This project is devided into four phases (Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D) and the deadline on this project is on Monday, 10 September 2018. Approximately two and a half months from the start of the project – effective communication is important to ensure both parties foster a good working relationship and fulfil this project. Therefore, Designer will be asked to communicate to the Client through Upwork/Skype, Share and organise Designs on Invisionapp for feedback and observation purposes, Utilise the Client’s Ziplin account to prepare the designs for development purposes, and lastly prepare and organise deliverables on Upwork/Dropbox. (Deliverables must be in .PSD, .AI and other relevant formats). Website User Flow — Homepage — Gallery — Product Description — Personalise/Editing Tool — Checkout — Sign Up/ Sign In — User Profile — How it works — Get In Touch — Static Pages and Dynamic Pages Responsibilities — Gather and evaluate user requirements and consider the most advanced practices for the user experience while maintaining knowledge of competitive products and experiences as well as trends and best practices in the sector. — Create UI designs that adhere to and build on existing UI brand guidelines and style guides. — Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. — Design graphical user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, Icons. — Build page navigation buttons and search fields. — Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how website function. — Create original graphics design (e.g. images, sketches, and tables). — Prepare and present rough drafts if necessary. — Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness and user flow). — Conduct layout adjustments. — Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images. Revisions. Client shall be entitled to infinite revisions in line with the project description. Any revisions beyond the scope of the project description shall be chargeable at an agreed amount between the parties. Payment.
