Customize Ticket System

So the ticket system follow this flow. 1. A customer start a ticket 2. In first form he must upload several pictures - Scanned Selling Note - Any quantity of pictures from damaged product 3. After that, he receives a pdf file or image with label for returning the article from a shipment company like dhl or fedex, 4. When article is received customer is notified 5. After review article there are three options - Refactoring - Change for a brand new article - Don't proceed. Any of this is communicated to customer. 6. After we send the product if proceed or we close the ticket. 7. Finally we send a customer satisfaction survey. Survey must look like [login to view URL] surveys and it must be created for a visual form builder internal module.
