Hire a Website Designer

Hi! I need help redesigning my Wordpress website ([login to view URL]). Currently it's just a simple Wordpress blog that I set-up myself, but I'm hoping to polish it up and make it look more professional. I have a simple vision for the whole site :) I want it to have an eye-catching opening page with three simple links (BLOG, ABOUT, RESOURCES) at the top. And then the majority of the front landing page will be a way for people to join my mailing list. For the BLOG section, I want all of my old blog posts moved into that section. Ideally I'd love the dates that the blogs were posted removed, so no one can tell how old/new they are ;) For the ABOUT section, I just have some simple text to put in with my bio and contact info. For the BEST RESOURCES section, I am hoping to have a few subsections: one for my series of e-books, one for my dating counseling services, and one with some embedded Affiliate Links. In a perfect world I'd love my Facebook & Twitter accounts to be updated in a similar way (& to have all the accounts linked, so I don't have to manually add content separately to all three). I don't know if this could be done on the first go-round -- or if this should be a separate follow-up project. I'm on a bit of a tight budget, but am willing to pay a fair wage for someone who really knows a lot about Wordpress and can make this website look very professional. Time-wise, I'm not in a huge rush, if you need a week or more. If interested please forward any links to other Wordpress websites that you've helped with, so I can get an idea for your style. Thanks!
