Hello there I have gone through your project details. I have few doubts. Through which medium should I notify other participants in the selected chatroom. Is it through the mail id or some sort of whatsapp bot kind of system. Anyway, we may need to add an email id collection form or something to contact them again. Also, how should we initiate the ding dong message. One simple way is to use a temporarily generated QR code based system. Scanning the QR code will directly send them to the chatroom link. You can have 2-3 Dollar 240x240 displays which goes with RPI to show the QR code. Integrating Jitsi with the website wont be big issue since it's nicely documented.
