Responsive eCommerce Template (HTML5.2/CSS3/JS) using Semantic Structuring

Hi Designers, I am seeking an eCommerce template using pure HTML 5.2, CSS3, and JS code (E.g., no Bootstrap or other frameworks!) and this template must be 100% responsive, and designed with Semantic structuring/labeling in mind. Each page in this template must be 100% W3C valid, and it must use Semantic structuring such as (<main>, <section>, <article>, <side>, etc.) ... This template must also NOT be vulnerable to any sort of XSS, CSRF, SPAM and/or DOM injections or attacks. Finally, this entire template must only consist of ONE css file and ONE js file. I need this to be super lightweight because all elements will most likely be used for all of its pages. Not many elements are needed other than standard things such as buttons, tooltips, and form elements. I would like for this template to have a mobile friendly variant that places elements in different portions of the page when on mobile so the conversion of sales is higher. E.g., the "Add To Cart" button may be on the right side of the page on desktop/laptops but underneath the image on mobile devices. Another example would be, the "Add To Cart" button may be ideal if a sticky near the footer on mobile but NOT the case for desktop. All of this while maintaining only ONE css and ONE js file. Such a template is long overdue, and all its styling might not be ideal for most, its what I KNOW WILL WORK BEST (... and much better, and faster than popular frameworks such as Bootstrap). *This must be cross browser compliant otherwise we're wasting each others time. If you can nail this, I have a TON of work for you. This project will have several milestones because I notice developers and designers like to quit halfway through any project.
