Shopify Website Modification

You must be completely familiar with Shopify. I am an experienced user of shopify and will know right away if you are not. Please do not bid on this job if you are not familiar with Shopify and what can and cannot be done with their templates. I am using their pipeline template. Within this template, I need to do the following things. (1) I need to upload a photo to create a banner type photo on our about us page. This should be above the text. I also need the other photos to be rearranged below the text to be more visually appealing (2) I would like to remove the returns/exhange link from the header and replace it with a link called "The Collection" - clicking this link would bring the viewer to the hats and shirts for sale below. This would allow someone to go directly to the merchandise and not have to manually scroll down. (3) When you scroll over a photo such as the hats, the pictures toggle back and forth between two images I have uploaded. I would like to know if I can have this toggling be turned off so that the the second picture is only seen when the item is clicked and item page opens? I have used Freelancer before and been disappointed that people have accepted jobs saying they can do things when they are unfamiliar and in the end cannot. Once I have received info back from interested people I will share the URL with some of them and then make a final choice on who to use.
