Simple Rideshare Style Booking Site

I currently have a very basic Wix landing page, but I need help designing a transportation booking site. (think Uber/Lyft/limo hybrid rideshare with straightforward pricing). Basically, I need customers to select the town they are currently in, then select the town they would like to go to. Based on those two criteria I have a simple spreadsheet that will give them a price. From there I need them to book the trip, collect and charge a credit card and then have them contact me (either by chat, cell or text) to give me their exact location. Example: Customer is in city A and wants to go to city D. Based on those two simple selections I can give them a quote of how much their fare will be. The entire pricing structure is on a simple one page spreadsheet, but I’m not a web designer. If this sounds like something that would work for you please let me know I will get the ball rolling.
