I would like to find a person that can help build a complete marketing tool for my business and then do a periodic massage on it , to keep it in vogue , i only need it to generate about 10 enquirys for our services per week

Firstly i am not marketing savvy, all i know is how to engage into people ( prospective customers with a need) I have got a great little business which has all the right credentials ( we are somewhat regulated by what we can and cant do , in relation to domestic properties water, gas and building regulations. We have a currant data base of ( grows weekly) 1,000 so far 'customers' with 95% of them I have their email address's . I have never had a website ( that you could be proud of ) one that gets prospective customers warmed up. and I have never approached my existing ( and satisfied ) customers with any marketing to generate more business which could come by referrals . We are regulated and are allowed to advise customer and provide them with a new gas boiler, and then annually carry out a maintenance service on the boiler. We also get calls and emails from people who's central heating or hot water has broken down, they find us on boiler manufacturers site ( Worcester Bosch) and a feedback site ( checkatrade ) these are just a couple of our services to householders . We currently install about 50 boilers per year, ( = 20% of our capability) of our chargeable work we just need to nudge that part of our Business up to 100 . We work mainly in the south London CR post code and surrounding area ( down to the M25 motorway ) .
